Refund policy.

Short version: in your first 14 days you can cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. After that, refunds are case by case. Here is the detail.

14 days, full refund

Changed your mind? In your first 14 days after subscribing, you can cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. Do it from your account settings or email support@thearchivepass.com within the 14 days, and we return the money to your original payment method.

After the 14 days

You can still cancel any time, from your account settings or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the cycle you already paid for, and we do not bill the next one. Cycles you have already used are not refunded.

Wrong charges and technical errors

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or something clearly broke on our side, tell us and we put it right. These are handled case by case.

A listed perk was not honoured

Each Archive night says what applies for that venue. If a listed perk was not honoured, email us within 48 hours with the night, the venue, and what happened. We aim to review within 72 hours, and may ask the venue for context first.

What we may offer

Depending on the case, we may offer a refund, a credit, an extension, or another fix. We will not promise the same answer for every situation.

What is not covered

A venue refusing entry for safety, capacity, age checks, behaviour, or house rules is not, on its own, a refund. Nor is a perk that varied by night, which we always flag before you go.
