Promoters usually push one place. The Archive Pass is about the places we think are worth your night. Sometimes we can get a drink. Sometimes easier entry. Sometimes something else. The night page will say exactly what you get.
If we said a perk applies and it does not happen, email support@thearchivepass.com within 48h. We will look at it and answer within 72h.
Yes, anytime, from your account settings or by emailing us, no friction. In your first 14 days you can cancel for a full refund, no reason needed. After that, you keep access until the end of the cycle you already paid for.
Because this only works if the first group is small. We can talk to 100 people, learn what breaks, and fix it fast. Founders get the low price because they are early.
Founding opens 29 June 2026. Once we hit 100 founding members, The Archive Pass opens publicly at €39.99/mo. Founders keep €19.99/mo for life.

The Archive Pass only works if you can show up regularly. We're Lisbon-first on purpose. Other cities come later.

No. Some events have limited capacity, venue criteria, a cut-off time or mandatory confirmation.
Show your pass (the QR) or your guest-list confirmation. The booking name has to match the member's name.
Check the nights available and reserve the one you want in the app. A booking is only valid once we or the partner confirm it.
Cancel as soon as you know you can't make it. As a base rule, we ask for cancellations up to 3 hours before the event.
It only counts if you took a guest-list spot and didn't show or cancel. First time, a friendly heads-up. Second, we reach out and pause your guest-list access for a bit. After that, we talk by email and your membership may end. Cancel 3 hours before and it never counts. Staying home is always fine.

Send us the venue, your arrival time, the name used on the guest list and what happened. We will contact the partner responsible that night.
No. The pass is personal and non-transferable. Lending, selling, photographing or forwarding it can lead to immediate removal.
It renews with your membership cycle. For payment or subscription questions, reach us at support@thearchivepass.com.
From your account settings, or just email support@thearchivepass.com. It takes effect at the end of the cycle you've already paid for, so you keep access until then.
Requests are reviewed case by case. Technical errors, wrong charges or clear faults are looked at by the team.
